How SANGHARA : Not only useful fruit but also medicine *

Sanghara is a conical fruit that grows under mud in water and is spoken of as an undesirable word because of its shape. This fruit is called Sanghara in Urdu and Water Chestnut in English. Markets and bazaars as winter begins. In South Asia, this fruit is commonly known as Sanghara, while it has several names, including water fruit.

Sanghara grows in the roots of the plant (like the potato crop). Leaves do not grow on its green twigs and these shoots grow to a height of one to five meters. The pulp inside is white in color which is usually rough. Or it is boiled and eaten and it is also used to make flour by grinding. Sanghara is widely used in Chinese cuisine.

Sanghara is the best thing to do in winter. Because it grows on mildly flowing water, the fruit may contain some harmful substances when it is sold fresh, but after proper washing, its balance is restored. Peel a squash or grate it in a drink. It is best to boil, fry or steam for seven minutes before adding to salads, soups, curries or curries. It can also be used to decorate the top of a pizza while filling the whole chicken, it can be used to make cakes and puddings by making powder and can be stored as a pickle.

Sanghara is rich in carbohydrates, protein, vitamin B, potassium and copper. Raw sanghara is slightly sweet and spicy, while boiled sanghara becomes even more delicious and tasty. Sanghara tastes very unique and eating it also increases appetite. Although the calories in sanghara are lower than those of other leafy vegetables, the amount of iron, potassium, calcium, zinc and fiber in it increases its consumption.

The use of Sanghara relieves fatigue and improves blood circulation in the body. The use of sanghara flour is useful for a woman after giving birth. Kneading Sanghara flour and applying it on the inflamed area of ​​the body relieves the discomfort. A powder made from the pulp of sanghara relieves cough. Drinking boiled water relieves constipation. It is good for stomach and intestinal ulcers. The use of sanghara reduces the chances of memory loss in old age.

Sanghara is a gift of God for men and women suffering from hidden diseases. It is also useful for the menstrual system of weak men and women. Mixing milk or yogurt in the powder of Sanghara gives relief from dysentery. Their use makes teeth shiny and gums healthy.

It is cold from the second week of November to February, in which Sanghara also helps to fight colds and flu. Excessive urination makes the elderly very anxious. Frequent waking up, especially in the cold season, can be very stressful. In this case, eat boiled sanghara again, gradually increase the amount, but do not eat more than three servings. Eat for two to three weeks. This will give strength to the body and will eliminate the need to urinate again and again. If you do not find it fresh, eat a towel full of dried sanghara.

Nowadays, young boys eat a lot of chit patta bazaar food and roasted meat. This can upset their stomach and increase their body heat. Then they go to fake doctors and seek treatment, which causes more harm. Physical weakness increases. There is no power at all. The nerves are tired all the time. Working and reading and writing don't feel good. Hollow substances rust on health. Irritability increases. Recovery does not stop work. Mental weakness does not allow work. Sanghara is a blessing to remove all these defects. Eat only seven or eight boiled snacks for breakfast. There is no need to write for the wise. They will understand.

* The use of sanghara is useful in the treatment of diarrhea.
* Eating too much of it causes colic or abdominal pain.

* In biliary fever, it is beneficial to drink water with six handfuls of Saffron Sanghara.
* Eating Sanghara is useful in preventing tuberculosis and tuberculosis.
* In case of bloody dysentery, the use of Sanghara is extremely useful. If it is not fresh, rubbing a towel on the dried sanghara and taking water with it in the morning, afternoon and evening is of immediate benefit. It can also be eaten with yogurt.
